Key responsibilities:
- Manage VIP Relationships: Foster personalized, long-term relationships.
- Provide Top Support: Offer tailored assistance to VIP players.
- Exclusive Promotions: Create and execute VIP-targeted promotions.
- Monitor Activity: Track and analyze player behavior.
- Onboard New VIPs: Identify and recruit high-value players.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work with support, retention, and anti-fraud teams.
- Report KPIs: Track and report on VIP performance.
- Retention Strategies: Develop plans to keep VIPs engaged.
- Ensure Compliance: Monitor responsible gaming practices.
- Work on a 5/2 schedule with floating days off, 8-hour shifts
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (B2+)
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry and player behavior trends.
Nice to have:
- Proven experience in CRM within the iGaming industry will be a plus
