About Product:
SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform
A sports betting platform that allows you to operate a sports betting business online
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B sportsbook operators, ensuring smooth operations and long-term growth
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges
- Serve as the primary contact, facilitating effective communication and contract renewals
- Work with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to resolve technical issues and improve the operator experience
- Ensure operators are updated on new features and best practices
- Conduct platform audits, identifying and escalating issues
- Analyze operator performance and provide data-driven recommendations
- Suggest strategic betting events and optimize sportsbook offerings
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and ensure timely invoicing
- Prepare weekly reports on key KPIs, challenges, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and improve internal processes
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at least B2
- Knowledge of Russian at least B2
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or business development
- Experience with B2B clients/operators is a strong advantage
- Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset; experience with CRM and analytics tools
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure
- Upselling and revenue growth experience is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of German, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Knowledge of sportsbook operations and betting market
