Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Communication Manager.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and regularly update team atmosphere guidelines to ensure a positive and professional environment
- Onboard new teammates with a focus on expected team behavior and atmosphere, and assess the integration of individuals during their probation period.
- Organize team-building activities and fun competitions both online and in the office to foster engagement and collaboration
- Collect feedback from agents about the work environment within the team to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Team Leads to address and implement any necessary changes to the team atmosphere.
- Align with Team Leads and the team to be the driving force behind significant changes to work culture and environment, to be the facilitator of good changes to be done within the team
- Ensure the overall goal of maintaining an exceptional team environment where professionalism, motivation, and a passion for the work and team culture thrive, ensuring that all members are motivated to learn, improve, and work at their best
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team management or HRBP roles, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Experience with fostering good discipline in the work environment while maintaining positive team atmosphere
- Experience in handling conflict situations, with a demonstrated ability to mediate and resolve issues constructively
- Proven ability to create and implement team-building activities that engage and motivate team members
- Experience in gathering and analyzing feedback to improve team dynamics and the work environment
- Work from the office in Tbilisi is mandatory, as regular in-person collaboration is required
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
