Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Financial Manager (Bank operations) to join our Finance Team.
We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of bank operations and provide leadership and support as needed
- Monitoring the loading of all bank statements in 1C, identifying the causes of failures and fixing problems
- Performs reconciliation of bank statements with internal accounting records
- Management and control of the accuracy of filling out the Vendors and Customers catalogs in 1C
- The distribution of bank accounts within the team, involves assigning responsible employees for managing and monitoring bank accounts of the company
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare and present cash reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance/accounting or related
- 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies
- English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
