Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Head of Engagement & Value Optimization. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies to increase engagement and maximize revenue.
- Optimize bonus programs, personalized offers, and engagement mechanics to enhance user activity.
- Implement trigger-based communications and loyalty programs tailored to user behavior.
- Analyze key metrics (LTV, GGR, Churn Rate, etc.), uncover insights, and test new hypotheses to boost monetization.
- Develop strategies for user reactivation and churn reduction.
- Work with user segmentation to customize marketing offers and communications.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, product, and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new retention and personalization approaches.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing retention and monetization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of key metrics (GGR, LTV, ARPU, Retention rate).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, trigger-based flows, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Ability to oversee the full user journey (end-to-end) and influence each interaction stage.
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or related industries with a focus on retention is a big plus.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimizing strategies.
