Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Head of HR Business Partnership.
The Head of HR Business Partnership oversees the HR BP function across the company. The position ensures that all HR programs and initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic focus. The Head of HR BP collaborates with HR team leadership and the business’s leaders and guides the development of HR strategies and approaches to attract, develop, and retain talent. The successful candidate for this position has a mix of strong leadership and human resources expertise coupled with consulting skills required to guide and develop strong human resources functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a department of HR BPs, providing direction, focus, and motivation for key business needs across their deliverables
- Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team that meets their department objectives, ensuring they have the right skills, tools, and capabilities necessary for their work
- Play a mentorship role to HR BPs, ensuring their professional growth
- Collaborate with HR team leadership and senior business leaders on company-wide talent strategies, aligning with the company’s vision and overall business goals, and contributing to business growth and innovation
- Ensure that we focus on the future, evolve our HR practices and policies, and embrace the changing world of HR and what it may bring
- Analyse and report on key HR metrics regularly, oversee core HR processes, use HR data to drive decisions, and improve or implement new HR practices.
- Coach senior leaders on HR initiatives, including talent planning, development, and performance management to promote a high-performance culture, continuous growth, and development in the business
- Lead solutions for HR challenges, plan and lead organizational change efforts, introduce new HR practices and coach the team on change management processes
- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture, lead succession planning, and manage employee relations effectively
- Work with stakeholders and HRBPs to ensure the implementation of best practices and compliance with legislation
- Provide expert HR advice on complex people issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years in the Human Resources field, preferably in the HR Business Partner role.
- 3+ years in a leadership position with 5+ direct reports.
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or any other relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build, lead, and integrate effective and lasting HR initiatives within a business.
- Ability to leverage HR metrics, and draw insights from plain data and information, which will enable informed decision-making.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in times of uncertainty, inspiring the same in the team.
- Strong organisational and financial acumen.
- English and Russian level – B2 and higher.
