Key responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Devise and execute impactful sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning
- Build a strong sales team to enable the conversion of sales initiatives and lead to actual signed agreements
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the igaming sector
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Business Development:
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities to enhance market reach and boost revenue
- Assist and guide the new sales team in securing and finalising agreements with prospective clients, improving and implementing KPI system to the team
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to foster a high-performance culture and motivation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, delivery to ensure cohesive efforts and optimal outcomes
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor revenues/GGR performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience
- At least 2 years in the iGaming industry
- Established personal network
- Strong understanding of the iGaming market
- Online gambling operational business understanding
- Proven track record of personal achievements in sales with industry leaders and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
