Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Head of Total Rewards. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Align with Group HR Strategy to develop Performance Management, Reward Agenda, and Strategy to support business objectives.
- Enhance high-performance culture with effective monetary and non-monetary incentive programs (e.g., annual bonuses, on-the-spot rewards).
- Establish salary review principles for recruitment, promotion, and other stages of employment.
- Provide transparent insights on compensation and benefits budgets to Management; implement communication and education for internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on global innovations to integrate valuable practices into the Company
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience focused on remuneration aspects
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Understanding of global remuneration practices and trends
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality
- Adaptable to changing work environments
Nice to have:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance is desirable
- Experience within the iGaming industry is desirable
