About Product:
SOFTSWISS Casino Platform
Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operations
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, estimate and prioritise testing activities
- Work closely with multiple teams to identify test coverage and ensure the project delivered with the highest quality
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated)
- Diagnose the most complex defects and track them from discovery to resolution
- Analyse issues to constantly improve the quality of the product, processes, and tools
- Provide reports on conducted tests and product quality
- Measure the quality of the product and processes
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a role of QA Lead
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, processes and tools
- Strong team player with good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- Proved leadership skills and ability to take ownership and drive problems to resolution
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and commitments
- Set up and improve QA processes, procedures, quality gates
- Definition and analysis of QA metrics for product and processes
- Experience with CI/CD technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, testing APIs, backend integrations
