Responsibilities:
– Segment player databases based on activity, preferences, and demographics;
– Analyze player behavior to identify opportunities for improvement;
– Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and loyalty;
– Create personalized and targeted promotions, bonuses, and communications to maximize player engagement;
– Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer communication;
– Optimize communication channels (email, SMS) for effectiveness;
– Implement A/B testing to refine messaging and improve response rates;
– Gather player feedback through surveys and other channels to understand player preferences and areas for improvement;
-Utilize feedback to enhance the overall player experience and inform CRM strategies;
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives;
– Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, player retention, and other relevant metrics;
– Ensure CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards;
Requirements:
– 1+ year of marketing experience preferred;
– Proficiency in English (Intermediate or higher) and Russian;
– Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;
– Customer-first mindset;
– Data-driven approach and experience with email automation tools (Customer.io, Optimove, Xtreme Push);
– Proven success in executing email and omnichannel marketing campaigns
– Knowledge of analytical tools;
– Familiar with analytical tools and problem-solving;
