Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Group HR Strategy to support the development of the Group Performance Management process, Reward Agenda, and Reward Strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to reinforcing a high-performance culture by assisting in the design and implementation of monetary incentives and non-monetary recognition programs (e.g., annual bonuses, on-the-spot rewards, grading, annual compensation reviews).
- Assist in designing and implementing salary review principles for various employment stages, including recruitment, promotion, and salary reviews.
- Support management with transparency regarding compensation and benefits budgets, helping implement communication and educational resources for internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on global innovations in total rewards and recommend practices that could add value to the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience focused on remuneration aspects.
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Experience within the iGaming industry is desirable but not essential.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of effective remuneration practices and key global remuneration trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and understand the bigger picture.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment.
