Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a SMM Manager.
We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the SOFTSWISS social media plan
- Generate content ideas based on current flights, campaigns, business events, company newsbreaks, and, of course, software products
- Write copy and produce creatives for social media posts, using the format and content appropriate to the context (we work with both an in-house designer and creative agencies)
- Moderate conversations across owned social channels and build a community
- Track and analyse statistics and metrics of the brand’s social media performance
- Work closely with Brand Managers, Employer Brand Managers, PR and Event Managers on cross-team tasks
- Take concrete steps towards implementing our social media strategy across the brand’s different social media platforms
- Research the social media landscape
Requirements:
- 1+ year of proven experience working with social media platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Knowledge of key social metrics across different platforms
- Good understanding of the differences between the platforms and how to take advantage of their unique features
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2, C1 or even C2)
- Ability to multi-task, be proactive and adapt quickly to change
- You are a savvy computer user with an interest in social media and tech
- It’s essential to provide a portfolio with your CV
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing/communications/public relations/journalism/linguistics
- Prior experience in iGaming (casino, sports, poker) and interest in crypto
- Prior experience in working with B2B SM channels
