Key responsibilities:

• Interaction with all roles in the product team – developers, testers, architects, product owners, business analysts
• Promotion and development of systems analysis team practices in the product team
• Analysis of new business processes/changes, and design of solutions
• Joint work with the architect and engineering manager on refactoring and design of new architectural solutions
• Investigate dependencies and risks and evaluate new changes
• Research of current implementations, restoration of documentation, and detection of discrepancies in implementation and business processes

Requirements:

• Synchronous integrations: REST API/WebSoket
• Asynchronous integrations: Kafka/AMQP
• Analysis and design of relational DB structures
• Basic reading skills in any programming languages
• Modeling notations: UML/ArchiMate/C4
• Strong systems analytics skills (thinking at the level of system behavior)
• Ability to quickly learn new domain zones
• Understanding basic architectural patterns (monolith, microservices, SAGA, outbox, etc.)
• Experience with task management tools (Jira and similar systems) and documentation tools (Confluence and similar systems)
• Ability to evaluate tasks and work with the priorities of assigned tasks
• Ability to assess risks in assigned tasks and identify possible solutions
• Russian and English language B2 – C2 level
• Ability to communicate in business language and technical language
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work alone and in pairs/groups

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming
• Experience in using AI tools in work
• Experience working on cross-team projects
• Understanding/experience with any NoSQL DB
• Experience working in emerging teams and participating in the formation/change of processes and work approaches
