SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Technical Content Specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Deploy Task Implementation: Adapting existing codding with a freshly added parameters based on the technical documentation and deployment workflow background
- Onboarding and Feature Guides: Onboard the team with recently deployed features, creating comprehensive guides on how to use them
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews of content-ready deployment tasks, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements
- Site Code Monitoring: Constantly control the site for code mistakes, performing regular checks to identify and rectify any issues promptly
- Client Communication and 3rd Party Campaign Implementation: Communicate with clients and oversee the implementation of third-party campaigns such as jackpots and geomercury, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction
- Integration Tasks: Implement tasks related to integration, ensuring that various components work harmoniously to deliver a cohesive and functional end product
- Issue Collection and Ticket Creation: Collect issues and identify shortcomings in features, creating detailed tickets for the front-end team
- Content-Related Bug Tasks: Identify content-related bugs and transfer them to the front-end team
- Investigational tasks: Investigate a new mechanic, feature, update the client
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HTML
- Experience with basic coding tasks
- English proficiency at B1 or higher
- Familiarity with CMS platforms
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
It will be nice if you have:
- iGaming experience
