SOFTSWISS, celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2024, has been honoured with the Great Place to Work® certificate in Poland. This recognition is bestowed annually by the namesake international research and consulting institute upon global, national, regional, and industry employers based on the outcomes of anonymous employee surveys and an analysis of the company’s corporate culture.
The certification confirms that SOFTSWISS is an employer where comfortable working conditions align with international standards, and team specialists are provided with multiple opportunities to express themselves, grow, and develop in their professions. Whether a company deserves to be called a Great Place to Work® is determined by employees, based on a strict methodology. Participants in the anonymous survey answer questions about management culture and practices, trust and pride in the company, team spirit, workplace safety, ethics, values, and others.
After several years in the Polish market, SOFTSWISS has become one of the most attractive international employers. The receipt of the Great Place to Work® certificate further solidifies this reputation.
Having operated globally for 15 years, SOFTSWISS has grown to employ over 2,000 people, with 450 working in Poland at development centres in Poznan and Warsaw. In 2023 alone, the company’s Polish team increased by 98%. The well-established remote work system allows employees to choose the format that suits them best – whether working from home, in a modern office, or a combination of both.
SOFTSWISS emphasises developing corporate culture and maintaining a solid connection among team members despite living in different countries. Global corporate meetings are an annual tradition, with several large-scale gatherings held last year for joint learning and recreation. In spring, over 1,000 specialists spent four days in Dubai, and in November, around 1,500 people from 40 countries gathered in Turkey for the corporate Values Fest dedicated to the company’s values. SOFTSWISS also supports global social initiatives such as Pink October, Movember, and World Cleanup Day, fostering a sense of involvement among employees in socially significant topics.
